Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Punchlist Carpenter to join our team in Danville, CA. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented craftsman who takes pride in high-quality finish work and can efficiently complete final-stage construction tasks to prepare projects for client turnover.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete residential and/or commercial punchlist items with precision and efficiency
  • Perform finish carpentry tasks including trim, baseboards, casing, doors, and hardware adjustments
  • Repair minor drywall, paint touch-ups, and caulking as needed
  • Adjust cabinets, drawers, and installed fixtures for proper alignment and function
  • Identify and resolve quality issues to meet project standards and deadlines
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and project teams regarding progress and issues

Requirements

  • Proven experience performing punchlist work in construction (residential or commercial)
  • Strong finish carpentry skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks without supervision
