Job description

Construction Labor

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused General Laborer to support daily construction site operations. This role is responsible for material handling, equipment operation, and general labor tasks to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and on schedule.


Key Responsibilities


• Material-handling equipment safely and efficiently

• Load, unload, move, and stage construction materials and equipment

• Assist with general labor duties, including site cleanup, debris removal, and material organization

• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety issues

• Follow all OSHA and company safety standards at all times

• Support skilled trades as needed

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members


Qualifications


• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred

• Strong understanding of job site safety practices

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
