Finish Carpenter-Remodel (Trim, Cabinets & Detail Work)
A Team Home Services- Hutto, TX
Pay: $30.00 โ€“ $40.00 per hour (training period)
Job Type: Full-time (W-2 Employee)
Schedule: Mondayโ€“Friday

Job Summary
A Team Home Services is hiring a Finish Carpenter-Remodel with strong experience in high-end finish work on residential remodel projects.
This is a precision-driven role focused on final-stage carpentry and detail execution. You must be capable of producing clean, consistent, high-quality finishes across multiple scopes without supervision. Must be able to complete scopes efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting production expectations.
This is not a rough carpentry or framing position.

Core Responsibilities
  • Install trim packages, including:
    • Baseboards
    • Door/window casing
    • Crown molding
  • Perform cabinet installation:
    • Kitchen and bathroom cabinetry
    • Alignment, leveling, and secure mounting
  • Complete door installations and adjustments:
    • Interior doors
    • Hardware install and alignment
  • Execute punch-out and final detail work on remodel projects
  • Ensure all finish work meets high visual and quality standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
  • Identify and correct minor issues to ensure a true finished product

Minimum Requirements (Required)
  • 5+ years of finish carpentry experience in residential remodeling (REQUIRED)
  • Proven experience with trim, cabinetry, and detailed finish work
  • Ability to deliver tight joints, clean lines, and professional finishes
  • Experience must be in remodel environments (not production-only or new construction trim)
  • Ability to work independently and manage punch-out/detail scopes
  • High attention to detail and craftsmanship required
  • Must be reliable, efficient, and quality-focused
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and reliable transportation

Compensation & Structure
  • $30-$40/hour during training/ramp-up
  • Transition to performance-based pay tied to job production
  • Target earnings: $70,000-$100,000+ annually based on productivity
