Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead daily operations, recruiting activity, client relationships, and employee performance within a fast-paced staffing environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can manage branch operations, drive business growth, support recruiting efforts, and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring operational excellence.

This role requires strong leadership, urgency, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily branch operations and team performance
  • Oversee recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and employee retention
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Ensure customer orders are filled timely and accurately
  • Monitor attendance, performance, and workforce productivity
  • Support business development and account growth initiatives
  • Handle employee relations and conflict resolution professionally
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and labor regulations
  • Review payroll, billing, reporting, and branch metrics
