Job description

ReLogic Research, Inc. seeks a highly motivated, self-starting individual to join our team. ReLogic fosters a culture that promotes personal, professional, and intellectual growth while solving complex technical challenges. We empower our team members to operate with a high degree of ownership, professionalism, and sound judgment.
This position provides program management support to multidisciplinary engineering teams executing advanced DoD programs. The role emphasizes planning, coordination, execution tracking, and stakeholder engagement, while maintaining sufficient technical depth to effectively interface with engineering teams and customers.
The successful candidate will support programs focused on the development and transition of innovative missile technologies, including hypersonics, missile defense, and high-speed tactical systems. Technical familiarity in areas such as thermal protection systems, advanced materials, aerothermal environments, manufacturing, and hardware integration will enable effective coordination across teams, though the primary focus will be program execution support rather than technical ownership.
This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to operate across engineering, leadership, customers, and external partners.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Support program managers and technical leads in planning, executing, and monitoring complex engineering projects
  • Develop, maintain, and track integrated master schedules (IMS) and program milestones
  • Facilitate coordination between engineering teams, leadership, customers, vendors, and test facilities
  • Track program performance, identify risks, and assist in developing and maintaining risk mitigation plans
  • Support preparation of programmatic and technical briefings, status reports, and customer deliverables
  • Assist with test planning coordination, including scheduling, logistics, and documentation for test events
  • Provide on-site support for test and integration activities as needed (limited travel expected, <10%)
  • Ensure alignment between technical execution and programmatic objectives, cost, and schedule constraints

Requirements & Desired Skills
  • Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain and maintain one
  • BS in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (MS preferred)
  • 5-15 years of experience supporting DoD or aerospace programs (missile, hypersonics, or related domains preferred)
  • Experience with program management tools and processes (e.g., scheduling, risk management, task tracking)
  • Working knowledge of relevant technical domains (thermal/structural analysis, composites, manufacturing, or integration) sufficient to interface effectively with engineers
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and track multiple efforts simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to operate effectively in both office and laboratory/test environments

This is full-time salaried position with full benefits offered. Approximately 10% of travel is expected.
