In this role, you will be at the absolute forefront of our AI-powered contract intelligence platform, directly defining the technical architecture and engineering standards that shape how construction teams manage risk. You will make high-impact contributions to cutting-edge AI/ML systems and data pipeline infrastructure, giving you a unique opportunity to build a future of zero project disputes across a global industry.

Key Exciting Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design for critical problem domains, including AI/ML systems, data pipeline infrastructure, search/retrieval, and platform scalability.

• Spearhead the development of scalable, secure, and performant cloud-native solutions that solve critical real-world challenges for our customers.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced technologies into our core platforms.

• Drive continuous improvement in DevSecOps, observability, CI/CD, and compliance automation.

• Mentor and develop senior engineers, fostering a culture of technical growth and continuous improvement across the organization.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of professional software development experience utilizing languages like Python, JavaScript, Node.js, C#, or Java.

• Proven track record of designing and leading large-scale system architecture, with deep expertise in cloud-native systems, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Experience with API design, microservices patterns, distributed systems, and data pipeline architecture.

• Deep knowledge of DevSecOps, infrastructure-as-code, and CI/CD best practices.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to convert ambiguous business problems into clear technical strategies.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with AI/ML systems, RAG pipelines, or LLM applications.

• Familiarity with construction technology, document processing, or enterprise software.

• Contributions to open-source projects or active involvement in technical communities.
