The Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 4-Day Work Week with Full-Time Pay!

What You’ll Do

As a Powder Coater, you’ll be responsible for the final look and protection of our “American-Made” products:

  • Prep & Loading: Hang parts on our automated conveyor system and remove them once finished.
  • Precision Coating: Apply powder in a top-of-the-line booth to ensure a high-quality finish.
  • Smart Tech: Use autonomous robots to move carts around the shop with the click of a button.
  • Safety First: We supply all the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) you need to stay safe on the job.

  • Eager to Learn: No experience is necessary; we value a great attitude and work ethic over a long resume.

  • Reliable: You have basic computer and organization skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing/walking throughout your shift; can occasionally lift up to 60 pounds.
