Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack

As a Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack, you will help build the next generation of Digital Engineering Intelligence Platforms that power operational visibility, engineering productivity, and release reliability at enterprise scale. In this highly collaborative role, you will design and develop modern full-stack solutions that bring together engineering, release, and operational data into a unified experience for teams and leaders. Your work will directly support faster software delivery, stronger operational excellence, and the advancement of AI-enabled engineering capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain modern full-stack applications that support a unified operational portal for the Digital Engineering organization
  • Build scalable backend services and APIs that aggregate engineering, release, operational, and platform data from multiple enterprise systems
  • Create intuitive dashboards and user experiences that provide real-time visibility into release health, operational metrics, engineering KPIs, platform performance, and organizational readiness
  • Develop cloud-native applications on AWS using Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code practices
  • Build automation solutions that improve engineering workflows, release operations, operational reporting, and developer productivity
  • Develop data pipelines and system integrations that generate actionable insights across applications, teams, and operational platforms
  • Partner with engineering leaders to identify opportunities to improve delivery outcomes, reduce manual effort, and drive continuous improvement through operational data
  • Contribute to AI-enabled engineering capabilities by building data foundations and platform services that support intelligent automation, predictive insights, copilots, and engineering assistants
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues across applications, APIs, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, distributed systems, and enterprise integrations
  • Strengthen observability through dashboards, monitoring, alerting, tracing, and operational telemetry
  • Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and engineering best practices
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Platform Engineering, SRE, Security, UX, and engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable software solutions

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer building and delivering modern enterprise applications
  • Strong expertise in frontend and backend development with the ability to build scalable, user-friendly full-stack solutions
  • Experience designing and developing APIs, backend services, and system integrations across multiple platforms
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-native development in AWS environments
  • Strong working knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD practices, and Infrastructure as Code
  • Experience building dashboards, operational portals, or data-driven applications that translate complex information into clear, actionable insights
  • Familiarity with data pipelines, observability tooling, monitoring, alerting, and operational telemetry
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across distributed systems and cloud environments
  • Experience building automation that improves developer workflows, release processes, or operational efficiency
  • Understanding of AI-enabled platforms, intelligent automation, or data foundations that support predictive and assistive engineering capabilities
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams

The base salary range for this position is $92,250 -$140,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
