Sr. Full Stack Software Engineer (Front End Leaning)

Adora Technologies Inc

Seattle, WA

$160K - $200K/yr

Full-time

Posted 15 days ago

Job description

We are a rapidly growing Seattle & NYC SaaS company developing an innovative platform in a trillion-dollar industry. Adora is transforming how enterprise B2C brands take back control from platform algorithms. Our AI-powered performance marketing platform delivers Speed at Scale, enabling creative teams to outpace Meta and Google's changing requirements while driving measurable ROAS improvements.

We're seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer who thinks in experiences, not features. You'll architect our customer-facing platform, understanding how marketers actually work and building the technical foundation that makes their jobs easier. This is a hands-on role where you'll code daily while shaping how our entire system evolves.

Tech stack: Python, MySQL, AWS, Big Query, React, TypeScript

Key Responsibilities
  • Build for real users: Spend time with customers, understand their workflows, and translate insights into holistic systems that scale, not just features that work
  • Own the full stack: Acting as an architect and builder for the user-facing application from front-end experiences to backend apis
  • Bridge the gap between our AI/ML systems and user-facing features, translating complex data pipelines into actionable interfaces
  • Build with speed and precision: rapidly prototype and iterate on new features while maintaining code quality and system reliability
  • Champion technical excellence: Share knowledge and establish patterns that make everyone more effective
  • Collaborate directly with product, design, and our founding team to shape the product roadmap
Requirements
  • 7+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in fullstack roles, with strong frontend expertise and backend proficiency across:
  • Building and maintaining React web applications in TypeScript.
  • Architecting RESTful services and APIs and familiarity with database technologies (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
  • Backend development using languages and frameworks such as Node.js, Python, Java, or Go.
  • Startup DNA: previous startup experience or genuine excitement about the startup environment - you thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving situations where you wear multiple hats.
  • Technical leadership: Proven ability to solve complex scalability challenges and design systems that can grow 10x without major rewrites.
  • Exceptional collaboration: thrive in cross-functional teams with low ego and high empathy. You proactively share progress, blockers, and insights ensuring the best product is built.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding of LLMs and how to integrate AI capabilities into user-facing products
  • Familiarity with marketing technology or advertising platforms / technology
  • Experience building B2B SaaS applications
Benefits include employee stock options and medical/dental/vision insurance.
