Founded in 2009, Granite Pathways began as a grass-roots initiative that introduced the "clubhouse" model in New Hampshire, an evidence-based, self-help community, aimed at eliminating isolation and providing hope, dignity, and recovery options for adults with mental illness.

The Granite Pathways of today is a multi-faceted, statewide organization that provides an array of services for those struggling with mental illness or substance use disorders.

The Recovery Center Assistant Manager will supervise and support staff on all programing operations and service line delivery. This position will also be responsible for contract delivery management and oversight ensuring contract deliverables, metrics, and outcomes are exceeded. The Recovery Center Assistant Manager will be responsible for center operations including staff scheduling, event planning, outreach, and facilities. The ideal candidate will have professional experience working in a recovery center and have licensure as a CRSW.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Ability to successfully implement concepts presented in orientation and training.

  • Possess professional behavior elements including ability to supervise and engage staff in respectful interactions and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

  • Maintain and update personnel files.

  • Conduct individual and/or group supervision with all staff.

  • Facilitate staff training and development including coordinating clinical supervision.

  • Lead staff in supporting the following: time management, professional development, payroll/benefits, caseload management, and case consultations, supporting staff in a way that increases staff satisfaction and retention.

  • Quality tracking of field staff performance; ensuring the maintenance of accurate, complete, timely and high-quality documentation and data collection to meet best practice standards that comply with program policies and procedures, payor requirements and external regulatory standards.

  • Manage day-to-day operations including center coverage, peer mutual aid meetings, staff caseloads, referral assignments, Single Stop application, case file audits, Medicaid billing, contract training delivery, equipment maintenance, supplies and technical issues.

  • Support Program Manager with budget maintenance and spending expectation.

  • Develop and oversee volunteer programming.

  • Contract performance oversight, metric compliance, and outcome tracking.

  • Always display and maintain confidentiality.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma, GED or HiSET.

  • CRSW Licensure

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience; an equivalent combination of related education and experience.
