YOUR IMPACT

The Chief of Staff, Program Manager, HR serves as a strategic partner to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), driving execution of the HR organization's priorities and ensuring alignment across the HR leadership team.
This role acts as the operational backbone of the HR function, translating strategy into action by coordinating priorities, managing governance processes, driving accountability, coordinating executive communications, and enabling effective decision-making.
The successful candidate will partner closely across teams to ensure key initiatives progress efficiently and deliver business value.
This position combines strategic thinking, operational excellence, executive communications, project leadership, and organizational influence.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Partner with the CHRO to develop, refine, and operationalize the HR strategic agenda. Drive execution of annual and quarterly HR priorities.
  • Monitor progress against strategic objectives and identify risks, dependencies, and gaps.
  • Ensure leadership decisions translate into clear actions and measurable outcomes.
  • Support enterprise-wide initiatives involving AI adoption, talent strategy and operating model changes.

Leadership Team Operations

  • Design and manage the operating rhythm for the HR Leadership Team.
  • Establish accountability mechanisms for commitments and deliverables.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, strategic reviews, planning sessions, and offsites.
  • Track actions, decisions, and follow-up activities across leaders and teams.
  • Ensure alignment across functions and priorities.

Executive Communications & Presentation Development

  • Prepare executive briefing materials for the CHRO.
  • Develop presentations for Executive Leadership Team meetings, Board, town halls and leadership forums.
  • Translate complex information into concise, executive-ready communications.
  • Create narratives, talking points, FAQs, and strategic messaging to support change initiatives, in partnership with Corporate Communications.

Governance, Metrics & Reporting

  • Develop executive dashboards and scorecards in partnership with the People Insights organization.
  • Monitor key deliverables and provide regular progress reporting.
  • Coordinate business reviews and strategic checkpoints.

Transformation & Program Leadership

  • Lead and project manage cross-functional strategic projects on behalf of the CHRO, including AI transformation.
  • Coordinate activities across HR functional teams and corporate stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities to increase effectiveness, speed, and scalability.

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to HR senior leaders.
  • Influence outcomes across multiple stakeholder groups without direct authority.
  • Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making across complex initiatives.
  • Build strong partnerships with executives and functional leaders across the organization.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • 8+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, program management, HR strategy, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Exceptional executive communication and presentation development skills.
  • Strong project and portfolio management experience.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive outcomes through collaboration.
  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, global organization.
  • Experience supporting executive level, and HR domain experience is preferred
  • Background in business operations, transformation, or HR leadership is an asset.
  • Experience preparing materials for Executive Leadership Teams and Boards of Directors.
  • Knowledge of workforce planning, talent management, organizational effectiveness, or business transformation is an asset.
