About the role

Program Managers lead a team of Direct Support professionals that support people with disabilities by example and as outlined in each individual’s Person-centered Plan. This role creates a positive and supportive teamwork experience within the group home, where all members contribute and are valued. The Program Manager is responsible for operating the group home, coordinating maintenance, ensuring safety standards, budgeting, staff-related issues, and vehicles.
