About Company:

We are often asked what makes us famous.  We’ve always been known for our food and service, but to us, it’s our customers and our team that makes us famous.  Since 1986 we’ve been an integral part of the community and our story has been woven by our customers, spanning many generations of families.  It’s their stories that makes ours.

We are still family owned and operated, and you can often find Mr. Anthony out and about in the restaurants.

This position is responsible for overseeing staff performance, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of food safety and customer service. The Shift Manager is also responsible for cash management, ensuring financial accuracy. By effectively leading the team, the Shift Manager will contribute to a positive dining experience for customers and drive the overall success of the restaurant. • Cooking in a short order kitchen, controlling the quailty and efficient food production.

  • Handle cash management tasks, including cash deposits, to ensure financial integrity.

Inventory control skills will be utilized daily to monitor stock levels, manage supplies, and prevent shortages or waste. Knowledge of food safety practices is critical to uphold health standards and ensure customer safety. A sense of urgency and strong worth ethic are a must in a busy kitchen and restaurant!
