Job description

Responsibilities

The Supervisor of Supply Distribution will be responsible for daily supply distribution processes, Shipping and Receiving and Linen Services. Responsible for maintaining staff education, staff schedules, and has input into staff performance appraisals. Works directly with Materials Management Site Manager assisting with daily process needs, process changes, budget process, daily backorder process, and follow up to Purchasing including daily needs and department communication. Has full working knowledge of ERP system and inventory management systems deployed across the Network. Individuals in this role may perform additional related duties as needed.


Qualifications

  • Associate degree required.

  • In lieu of the above education requirements, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

  • Four (4) years of distribution or supply management experience required.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail.
