We are currently hiring General Cleaners and Janitors for medical facility cleaning in Gloucester, VA. About the Cleaning Role

As a General Cleaner or Janitor on our medical facility cleaning crew, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Medical facility cleaning is critical work - patients, nurses, and doctors depend on our cleaning team every single day.

Your cleaning duties will include sanitizing patient rooms and exam areas, cleaning and disinfecting restrooms and common spaces, mopping and vacuuming all assigned areas, emptying trash and disposing of biohazard waste according to cleaning protocols, wiping down high-touch surfaces, and restocking cleaning supplies such as soap, paper towels, and liners. You will follow all healthcare cleaning regulations and report any safety issues to your cleaning supervisor.

What We Look For in a Cleaner or Janitor

We are looking for cleaners and janitors with at least 2 years of janitorial or commercial cleaning experience, preferably in a medical or healthcare cleaning environment. You should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently throughout your cleaning shift. A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check are required.

Cleaning Shift Schedule

Our cleaning positions are available seven days a week across all shifts - evening cleaning (6:00 PM–9:00 PM) and some weekends. Part-time cleaning shifts are available, making this a great fit whether cleaning is your primary job or supplemental income.
