Job description

Intern, Ticket Service 2026-27 Season
The St. Louis Blues/Enterprise Center seeks qualified candidates for the position of Sales amp; Services Intern for the 2026-27 Blues season. The primary responsibility of this position is to assist in the service of Season Ticket and Premium Seating Clientele, and other fan programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist in client communications
  • Assist the sales department with preparation and implementation of special events
  • Preparation of sales collateral
  • Assist with customer service emails and inquiries
  • Update customer database
  • Assist with our True Blue Benefits program for Season Ticket Holders, theme night and giveaway distribution and Kids Club initiatives.
  • Assist with special projects from various areas within the Sales Department
  • Help organize and manage promotional items
  • Perform other general office duties as assigned by Sales Department
Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate or graduate student attending an accredited university, preferably with an emphasis in Sports or Recreation Management or another related field
  • A desire to gain experience in a professional sports and entertainment environment
  • Excellent communication, computer, and organizational skills
  • A strong work ethic
  • General office/administrative experience
  • Required to work all special events hosted by the Sales Department, including some nights and weekends (must be able to work all St. Louis Blues home games).
  • Must be a team player
Preferred Work Schedule: MWF 9am to noon or TR 12pm to 5pm
