Position Highlights

Specialty: Cardiology Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA)

We welcome both experienced providers and new graduates who are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered cardiovascular care.

Responsibilities Include:

Outpatient Services

  • Conduct physical examinations and patient assessments
  • Obtain and document medical histories and symptoms
  • Order and interpret diagnostic testing
  • Develop and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
  • Provide follow-up care and patient education

Inpatient Services

  • Round on cardiology patients
  • Assist with stress testing and inpatient cardiovascular management
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams

Additional Details:

  • Primary Location: Canton-Potsdam Hospital with a potential outreach clinic
  • EMR: Epic
