Requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • As an integral part of your ministry for the Church as carried out in this position, support and uphold the philosophy of Catholic ministry and the mission of the parish in both your professional and personal life
  • Act as a witness to Gospel values by modeling the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church
  • Participating in staff functions may include religious ceremonies, training sessions, and other activities
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently to minimize downtime
  • Conduct repairs and troubleshooting of facilities equipment and infrastructure
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs
  • Assist with safety inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services
  • Support the setup and breakdown of facilities for events or special projects
  • Support custodial staff as necessary
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
