Job description

Purely Outpatient, No Call, No Weekends 
Summary

Practice in a 100% outpatient Gastroenterology setting based at CentraCare Plaza Endoscopy Site, the Gastroenterology Clinic, and regional outreach locations. This role offers a balanced mix of endoscopy, clinic, and outreach, allowing physicians to build meaningful long-term patient relationships in a structured, patient-focused environment. Physicians also have the opportunity to participate in teaching and research collaborations through the University of Minnesota CentraCare St. Cloud Campus and engage with the University of Minnesota GI Division in Minneapolis on advanced academic initiatives. This position is ideal for physicians seeking a stable outpatient practice without the demands of hospital-based coverage.

Schedule

  • 100% Outpatient Practice: Balanced schedule including endoscopy, clinic visits, and outreach opportunities.
  • No Night Call: Enjoy evenings free from call responsibilities.
  • No Weekend Shifts: Maintain consistent weekday hours.
  • No Inpatient Coverage: Focus exclusively on outpatient care and procedures.


Pay and Benefits:

  • Salary range: expected minimum $726,000, could be as high as $1,000,000 plus per year, based on production incentive levels achieved
    • Tiered production incentive model 
    • 8,435 wRVU (or greater) annually achieves highest tier 
    • Premium conversion factor of $86.10 at highest tier  
  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
