Job description

Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Senior Tester/Business Analyst with a Top-Secret security clearance to support Kadiak and our government customer in Washington, DC. The position is hybrid, requires 4 days onsite.

Kadiak, LLC is seeking aย Senior Tester/Business Analyst (Hybrid) with a Top-Secret Clearance in Washington, DC to support the FBI FDP product team by performing end-to-end functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing while also supporting requirements refinement, backlog grooming, and user engagement activities in coordination with the Product Owner and existing Business Analyst. This role provides both testing leadership and business analysis coverage to ensure successful delivery of the MVP scope at the FBI.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts for a modern Java/Postgres/React application platform.
  • Perform application testing, validate defects, isolate issues, and report test results in Jira and related tools.
  • Support system integration, performance testing, and regression testing.
  • Participate in risk management assessments and software development activities with emphasis on test design.
  • Observe and evaluate execution of customer acceptance test activities and provide test reports.
  • Work with the Product Owner, stakeholders, and representatives to refine and validate requirements and ensure they are covered through sufficient testing.
  • Ensure traceability between requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases to validate full functional coverage.
  • Assist in UAT planning, coordination, readiness, and execution.

Hereโ€™s what youโ€™ll need:

  • 4 Year Degree Information Technology or related field or Equivalent Experience.
  • Experience with enterprise-level test automation, functional testing, and agile delivery.
  • Experience developing and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks.
  • Experience testing user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure requirements are validated.
  • Ability to work across technical and business teams to ensure alignment between requirements and delivered functionality.
  • 8+ years of experience

Clearance Requirement:

  • Top-Secret security clearance
