What You'll Do

As a Senior Technical Lead, you will:

  • Lead the design, development, modernization, and optimization of business-critical platforms and applications.
  • Drive platform stability, scalability, performance, security, and operational excellence across the technology ecosystem.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and engineering leaders to define platform strategy, roadmaps, and execution plans.
  • Build and implement innovative solutions leveraging Generative AI capabilities to improve productivity, operational efficiency, monitoring, search, and customer experiences.
  • Utilize Dynatrace and observability best practices to proactively monitor system health, identify issues, improve performance, and enhance reliability.
  • Design and support enterprise search solutions utilizing OpenSearch and related search technologies.
  • Support and optimize applications leveraging Oracle/SQL databases, ensuring performance, integrity, and scalability.
  • Collaborate across modern and legacy technology environments, including Mainframe systems, batch processing frameworks, and distributed applications.
  • Provide leadership and expertise for production support activities, incident management, root-cause analysis, and problem resolution.
  • Drive automation initiatives that improve operational efficiency, platform resilience, and service quality.
  • Lead the implementation and management of APIs and platform integrations while ensuring security, resilience, and scalability.
  • Analyze platform performance, adoption trends, and operational data to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Guide development teams through all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
