Job description

As a Senior Technical Program Management Support professional with MTSI you will provide Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) to achieve cost-effective, long-term, critical capabilities to support the war-fighting mission of the combatant commanders.
Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:
  • Work on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and perform all functional duties independently.
  • Oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
  • Ability to understand complex cost, schedule, and performance data, and make simple, actionable recommendations or easily differentiated courses of action.
  • Support building and managing acquisition documentation, interface with contracting and financial managers, and assist with monitoring program execution.

Required Qualifications:
  • 20+ years of DoD acquisition experience with no less than two (2) years' experience in Special Access Programs and/or SCI environment within the last five (5) years
  • Extensive acquisition and contract management experience, specifically monitoring program execution and integration of complex programs and systems
  • Experience developing, reviewing and coordinating acquisition documentation such as Statement of Work, Request for Proposal, and Technical Evaluations
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills, be capable of developing briefings and reports accurately summarizing program performance and addressing key issues for senior DAF and OSD leadership, and other DoD offices.

  • Relevant experience in mission integration, operations analysis and support, logistics, maintenance, personnel support and government program office support

Minimum Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree in Arts, Science, Engineering (MA/MS/ME) required
  • Masters Degree in Arts, Science, Engineering (MA/MS/ME) desired

Clearance Requirements:
  • Top Secret, SCI Eligible; SAP experience within last 5 years or SCI in lieu of.

The pay range for this position is $200,000/year to $235,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on established government contract ranges, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and other factors. MTSI offers a full range of medical benefits, 401k, ESOP, paid time off, and other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Base pay information is based on market location.
