Position Summary


The Senior Technical Program Manager (ST PM) provides strategic and operational leadership for the technical and cybersecurity teams. This role ensures compliance with DoD frameworks while managing cloud operations, risk management, IT lifecycle support, and secure service delivery in AWS GovCloud.


Key Responsibilities

  •  Lead Task 3 execution, overseeing IT/cybersecurity support personnel
  •  Ensure NIST RMF, DISA SRG, and DoD cybersecurity compliance
  •  Integrate Agile, CMMI, and ITIL practices for continuous improvement
  •  Maintain secure, high-availability AWS GovCloud environments
  •  Manage technical risks, quality assurance, and system architecture design



Requirements


Qualifications

  •  Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  •  8+ years leading IT programs in federal or DoD environments
  •  Active certification in CISSP, CISM, or equivalent
  •  Experience with CC SRG, RMF, Agile, and project governance (preferred)
  •  PMP or DAWIA Level III (preferred)
