Tableau Developer

Strong tableau knowledge and leading in various types of charts in dashboards, identifying KPIs which improve business operations for clients. Providing support to reports and Tableau applications creating ad hoc reporting process, implement periodic calculations. Performance tuning of Tableau applications. Assist our Business Partners to develop, maintain and support custom reports, dashboards, and scorecards. Determine end user needs, convert business information into concise technical view to enable effective development and support. Provide first line application support including trouble shooting performance issues and technical investigations. Provide ad-hoc analysis to address specific questions from business stakeholders. Perform regular support tasks such as release management, publishing workbooks, setting permissions, managing ownerships, user and server based licensing structures. Generate weekly monthly management reports, metric reporting and issue tracking. Coach other developers on Tableau and be an SME for the tool. Coordinate with Process partners for production support issues and processes. Experience of management reporting focused MI preparation and presentation to senior management. Attention to detail including quality analysis and data accuracy. Self-starter with the ability to assess information, identify and highlight. Good time management to meet reporting deadlines and manage priorities. Strong relationship building skills with ability to collaborate. Flexible attitude. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
