Sr. Developer - Oracle Applications - Order Management
ABOUT YOU:
As a Senior Oracle Applications Developer will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and supporting all Oracle EBS applications with a focus on Order Management including the maintenance of products, pricing and product catalogs
YOU HAVE:
  • Experience. Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS development with a strong focus on product definitions, product catalogs and sales order integrations between Oracle EBS and external systems.
  • Education. BA/BS degree with an analytical discipline
  • Technical skills. Proficient in PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports. Knowledge/Experience with Oracle Financial and Manufacturing applications preferred. Experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF), Workflow and BI Publisher is preferred.
  • Problem solving skills. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Project management. Proven track record of working in large-scale, high transaction volume Oracle EBS environments.
  • Great communication skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

YOU WILL:
  • Design, develop, and maintain product setups and product catalogs both within an Oracle EBS environment as well as a custom product catalog database.
  • Create and modify Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL packages, interfaces, and workflows.
  • Create, maintain and update custom forms within the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) modules while adhering to Oracle development standards.
  • Develop and manage integrations between Oracle EBS applications and external E-commerce systems for both product catalogs and sales orders.
  • Ensure data consistency and accuracy across integrated systems.
  • Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving Oracle application issues.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to address system gaps, enhancements, and new functionality requests.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance.
  • Assist in Oracle EBS support and enhancements while ensuring minimal disruption to key Oracle EBS applications.
  • Test and validate application changes in collaboration with the IT Business Analysts and key business users.
  • Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
  • Stay updated on Oracle best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
