Job description

Position Purpose

The Senior Digital Specialist is responsible for advancing our email marketing strategies, customer journey design, and audience segmentation across multiple business units in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Health Cloud. This role combines strategic planning with technical expertise to create, optimize, and manage data-driven marketing journeys that improve customer engagement and enhance communication across our organization.

Nature and Scope

Email Marketing Strategy:

Develop and lead email marketing strategies within SFMC, utilizing Health Cloud for integrated customer communications. Tailor outreach to different business units and audience segments, aiming for engagement and conversion.

Journey Building and Automation:

Design, implement, and optimize customer journeys, leveraging Automation Studio and Journey Builder to build effective, automated engagement pathways.

Data Utilization and Audience Segmentation:

Analyze and segment audiences using SFMC's data tools, creating targeted communication plans based on customer behaviors and preferences. Apply advanced data segmentation and utilize Data Extensions to enhance personalization.

Insights and Recommendations:

Regularly interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations on audience targeting, content personalization, and journey optimization, aligning with business goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, IT, and analytics teams to synchronize digital marketing efforts and ensure efficient use of SFMC and Health Cloud tools.

Ongoing Learning and Innovation: Stay informed about SFMC's latest features, updates, and best practices. Share knowledge with the team and incorporate improvements in journey-building techniques and automation.

General

Minimum Qualifications

Education:

Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing and speaking English. Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, information systems, communications, or a related field.

Experience:

5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing, automation, and customer journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.

Advanced knowledge of SFMC, including Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Contact Builder.

Solid understanding of Health Cloud's integration capabilities and how it enhances CRM for healthcare communications.

Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies.

License(s):

Ability to obtain and maintain a valid State of Nevada driver's license and ability to pass Renown Health's Department of Motor Vehicle Report criteria.
