We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to join our Global Architecture team. This role is responsible for designing scalable, secure, and business-aligned technology solutions that support strategic initiatives across the global organization. The Senior Solution Architect will work closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, infrastructure teams, security, and application owners.

We are looking for a seniorlevel architect with deep expertise in:

  • Microsoft HyperV
  • Virtualization architecture
  • automation ( preferably Ansible, Python and PowerShell optional )
  • Windows Server / clustering / virtualization / storage / networking

The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth in mentioned areas, can define standards and documentation, support modernization initiatives and collaborate effectively across international teams

Candidate Background

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 2+ years in a solution architecture, technical architecture, or senior technical design role
  • Handson HyperV expertise
  • Practical Ansible experience
  • Enterprise or managed services background
  • Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with cloud architecture on platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
  • Experience with integration patterns, APIs
  • Relevant certifications in architecture, cloud, or security are an asset
  • Ability to balance strategic design with practical delivery realities
