The Senior SharePoint Developer will work within a collaborative environment alongside operations, security, data management, and program management teams to modernize and sustain SharePoint solutions used across a globally distributed federal organization. The work requires adaptability, continuous learning, and adherence to federal security and compliance standards. Position Overview The Senior SharePoint Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing SharePoint Online and Microsoft O365 solutions in support of a federal client with a global footprint. This role involves building new applications, maintaining and improving existing SharePoint-based tools, and translating business and security requirements into scalable technical solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business analysts, end users, and cross-functional technical teams while contributing to documentation, deployment, and ongoing system support. Required Skills and Abilities: Strong experience with SharePoint, Power Platform, Modern Pages, SharePoint Designer, and Visual Studio.
Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, APIs, XML, CSON / JSON, AJAX, and IIS.
Experience with source control solutions such as TFS or Git Hub.
Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to interact professionally within all levels of an organization.
Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting. Desired Skills and Abilities: Microsoft PL-400 certification Power Platform Developer Associate.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
Experience developing in Azure environments.
Experience with PowerShell.
Experience with data visualization applications such as Tableau or Power BI.
Experience with programming languages (Python, C#, C++, etc.) and automated testing tools.  Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
Over 7 years of hands-on development experience with SharePoint 2016/2019, SharePoint Online, SharePoint Framework, and related Microsoft applications.
Demonstrated experience in software design and full lifecycle development. Security Clearance:  Active Secret Clearance is required.
