Skills Required:
The Senior BPM Developer will possess knowledge and experience in customer service; flexibility; interpersonal skills; organizational awareness; problem solving, reasoning; team building; oral communication, speaking and writing; project management; requirements analysis and risk management; data and information management; information technology performance assessment; and application design.
Must have Two (2) years of experience within last five (5) years in designing business processes, electronic forms and layout, User Interface/ User Experience using BPM designer tools like Nintex, PowerApps, and/or other tool on-prem and Nintex Workflow Cloud; Two (2) years of experience within the last five (5) years in implement solutions with multiple data sources (e.g., MS Azure SQL, MS SQL Server, and Oracle Databases); Two (2) years of experience within the last five (5) years in SharePoint Online, SharePoint Designer, Microsoft Office 365 (O365), Azure Cloud/ AD, and API/ Rest services integrations; and, Five (5) years of experience in object-oriented programming using Java, PowerShell, Power Automate, or .NET.
Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
