Job description

Eaton Aerospace is seeking a Senior Business Relationship Manager (BRM) to support its Fuel & Motion Controls (FMC) business. Reporting to the Vice President, IT BRM & ERP Transformation, this role serves as the strategic link between business leadership and IT, ensuring technology investments, digital initiatives, and IT services align with business priorities and deliver measurable value. The Senior BRM will partner closely with business and technology leaders to identify opportunities to improve performance, develop investment strategies and business cases, and drive the successful delivery of transformational initiatives.

This leader will help connect Aerospace business strategy with technology strategy, innovation, and enterprise-wide digital investments. Working across multiple functions, the Senior BRM will ensure initiatives are aligned with enterprise architecture standards, IT strategy, and organizational objectives while providing oversight for medium and large-scale programs. The role also serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, helping drive adoption of new technologies, strengthen business capabilities, and support sustainable growth.

Additionally, this position will oversee support for critical business systems and processes, lead organizational change management efforts, and influence the evolution of IT capabilities that enable operational excellence. Depending on scope, the role may include responsibility for direct reports, organizational change management teams, and business process experts supporting large-scale transformation programs. The expected annual salary range for this role is $165000 - $242000 a year.

This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

What you'll do: Serve as the primary liaison between Aerospace business leaders and IT, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for business stakeholders. Align business priorities with IT strategy, enterprise architecture standards, and Eaton's technology roadmap. Identify, evaluate, and prioritize technology investments that drive business value, operational efficiency, and strategic growth.

Develop business cases, Capital Authorization Requests (CARs), and investment proposals, supporting budget planning and financial analysis. Drive stakeholder engagement, accountability, and decision-making to ensure successful project execution and realization of business outcomes and ROI. Provide delivery oversight for medium and large-scale initiatives in partnership with IT delivery teams and value chains.

Serve as a Digital Governance Council (DGC) member, helping govern strategic technology investments and transformation initiatives. Manage escalated issues and ensure effective prioritization, resolution, and communication through established support processes. Ensure ongoing support, stability, and continuous improvement of critical business systems, applications, and processes.

Partner with enterprise architecture teams to ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with future-state capabilities. Lead organizational change management efforts to support adoption of new technologies, processes, and ways of working. Manage vendor relationships, including contract reviews, negotiations, and performance oversight as needed.

Contribute to IT strategic planning activities and influence the development of capabilities that support Aerospace business objectives. Champion innovation, digital technologies, AI, analytics, and Industry 4.0 initiatives that create competitive advantage. Maintain awareness of regulatory and compliance requirements, including ITAR, CMMC, cybersecurity, and related governance standards

Lead organizational change management teams and business process experts for large-scale transformation programs, as applicable. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Minimum of 8 years of experience in Information Technology, Business Relationship Management, Program Management, or a related field.

Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Ability to meet ITAR compliance requirements. Preferred Qualifications Experience within the aerospace industry.

Experience with Snowflake, data platforms, and analytics solutions. Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and MFG/PRO ERP systems. Experience delivering Industry 4.0 (I4.0) initiatives

Experience leading AI, advanced analytics, and digital transformation projects. Strong understanding of enterprise systems integration and cross-functional business processes. Knowledge of current technology trends and their application within manufacturing and aerospace environments.

Experience with Lean, continuous improvement, and operational excellence methodologies. Background in aerospace, manufacturing, or other highly regulated industries. Exceptional executive communication, influence, and storytelling skills.

Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders across all organizational levels.
