Job Summary

MedElite is seeking a dynamic and experienced Region Director to oversee and manage the Provider experience and Facility/Client satisfaction. The Region Director will play a pivotal role in ensuring that MedElite is providing the necessary support to our field staff, who are supporting our client facilities through direct patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate communication regarding policy and process updates, questions related to HTR and Care Management reports
  • Work with MedElite internal teams on making adjustments when needed, based on feedback from our providers, regional representatives, and MedElite corporate office to ensure the alignment of MedElite's operational procedures with facilities' initiatives and existing procedures
  • Act as the facility liaison and manage new service requests
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Facility providers, including Medical Directors, Specialists, and PCPs
  • Provide support for field providers regarding any matters outside of daily operations: documentation and coding questions, clarification of MedElite policies, billing questions, etc.
  • Conduct in-person facility site visits, on an as-needed basis, including quarterly meetings with the assigned Medical Directors
  • Address provider performance and productivity based on audit results, timeliness, and quality of documentation, compliance issues, etc.
  • Handle escalations from the account manager related to MedElite/Infinite facilities and providers
  • Confirm facility contacts and explain the role of each, e.g., Specialty Scheduling contact, HTR Reports, AI daily reports, etc.
  • Partner with Sales staff to support growth efforts through presentations to prospective accounts and facility assessments
Requirements
  • Active RN or NP License
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a clinically related degree such as nursing
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in supporting staff and providers in a Clinical Setting, sales experience, and/or experience as an RN/NP in a long-term care setting
  • Strong leadership skills with proven experience in handling employee escalations, customer service, and problem-solving
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for providing support to clinical staff and impacting outcomes for patients in a long-term care setting
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Current Procedural Terminology (CPT)
