Provide analytical and technical support to vertical purchasing group. Role requires ability to consolidate purchasing information, assist in the creation purchasing, reporting schedules, manage/update existing purchasing tools and direct system improvement projects. Your Responsibilities on the Team Lead the collection and distribution of bid information.

Set-up Box folders and organize bid packages. Interact with construction to resolve day to day issues. Create and obtain competent quality estimates of items to be purchased.

Review all plans and specifications from a cost perspective identifying areas to reduce cost. Develop and maintain general, specific and inclusive scope of work documents. Prepare bid packages and bid comparisons.

Negotiate pricing and take-offs with trades Maintain a positive and professional relationship with all potential and existing trade associates. Perform all other duties as assigned. Requirements Seven (7) years of experience with purchasing support role preferred High school diploma or GED required Valid driver’s license Must have strong computer skills Maintain regular attendance and punctuality relative to daily work schedule is required Good written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills Must possess professional attitude to represent company in a positive manner Follow directions from a supervisor Understand and follow work rules and procedures Accept constructive feedback Team player #LI-CC1 #CB This information is intended to be a general overview and may be modified by the company due to factors affecting the business.

General Overview of Compensation & Benefits: We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an annual salary of $68,640.00 - $88,160, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor/living, etc.), and operational considerations. This position may be eligible for bonuses. This position may be eligible for commissions.
