How You'll Make an Impact
  • Manage end-to-end purchasing for direct materials and factory services.
  • Ensure timely material availability to meet production schedules.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local and regional suppliers.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to optimize costs.
  • Monitor supplier performance and lead audits when needed.
  • Drive cost reduction initiatives through strategic sourcing.
  • Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for purchase order management and reporting.

  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Preferred certifications: CPP, CPIM, Lean Six Sigma.
