Senior Program Manager - Outpatient - Physical Therapist

Great opportunity to gain leadership experience managing several locations

Covering LaCrosse, Havenwood and Springbook of Onalaska

In this new role, you will be supporting Program Managers at the communities and being the liaison with the Area Manager. You will be managing the oversight of payroll, KPIs, orienting new staff and scheduling.

You will continue to provide therapy 50-60% of your day

Locations: Lake Country Senior Living, Hartland, The Waterford at Hartford and Heritage Court Waukesha

Setting: Assisted Living, Independent Living, Outpatient

Qualifications:

  • Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice
