  • Manages multiple projects from estimation, initiation, planning, execution, releasing and deployments.
  • Work with various teams within the organization to ensure on-time delivery and work with presales and marketing teams on future prospects.
  • Experienced in concurrently managing development, maintenance and enhancement projects.
  • Forecasts resource requirements and work with HRD to meet resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, and counselling employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Achieves organisational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production releases, resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing changes.
  • Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions.
