Job Summary:
RiVidium Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager who will provide senior-level leadership and oversight for a portfolio of strategic initiatives supporting the Department of Justice, Criminal Division. This role is responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects, guiding project managers, engaging senior executive stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery across both IT and non-IT initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the execution, tracking, and reporting of multiple strategic projects simultaneously (typically more than five at a time).
• Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development to project managers while directly managing select high-priority projects.
• Serve as a primary interface with senior leadership (e.g., Executive Officers, Directors, and senior DOJ stakeholders), delivering clear written and verbal briefings.
• Manage both IT and non-IT projects, including business process improvement, workflow analysis, and operational initiatives.
• Lead requirements gathering and development efforts in collaboration with business owners and stakeholders.
• Apply Agile project management methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor project delivery.
• Identify, analyze, mitigate, and monitor project risks across complex initiatives, ensuring proactive risk management and issue resolution.
• Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and compliance with DOJ policies, standards, and governance requirements.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent relevant experience.
• 15+ years of experience in program and/or project management.
• Demonstrated experience managing large, complex project portfolios in enterprise or federal environments.
• Proven ability to lead teams, mentor project managers, and engage executive-level stakeholders.
• Public Trust is required.
Preferred:
• Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar Agile certification.
• Experience supporting federal government programs, particularly within justice, law enforcement, or regulatory organizations.
• Strong background in change management, process improvement, and organizational transformation initiatives.
