Job Title: Senior Product Manager

Summary:
Our client is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of an enterprise workflow management platform supporting mission-critical operations. The successful candidate will manage the product lifecycle from strategy through implementation, collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and security partners to deliver scalable, user-centered workflow solutions. This role will drive Agile product development, prioritize initiatives based on business value, and continuously improve platform capabilities and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and manage the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for enterprise workflow management platforms.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into product specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized product backlogs.
  • Partner with business, IT, security, compliance, and operations teams to develop and deliver IT Service Management (ITSM) workflows and platform capabilities.
  • Conduct user research, workflow analysis, journey mapping, and product discovery to identify business needs and improve user experience.
  • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business objectives, user feedback, data analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead Agile/Scrum product development teams through planning, sprint execution, testing, release, and continuous improvement.
  • Define and monitor product success metrics and implement improvements based on performance data and customer feedback.
  • Communicate product strategy, roadmap, priorities, and project status to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Balance short-term product delivery objectives with long-term platform strategy and scalability.
  • Support service desk, incident management, change management, and workflow optimization initiatives.
  • Manage ongoing product enhancements, platform governance, and operational support activities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure secure, compliant, and scalable enterprise solutions.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience.
  • Minimum of six (6) years of direct product management experience, including at least three (3) years managing enterprise software platforms.
  • Experience with enterprise product management and product roadmap development.
  • Experience gathering requirements, conducting business analysis, and managing product backlogs.
  • Experience writing user stories and working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and frameworks.
  • Experience managing service desk/help desk workflows, incident management, and change management processes.
  • Experience with ServiceNow.
  • Ability to analyze data and prioritize product initiatives using KPIs and user feedback.
  • ITIL 4 Foundation Certification, Certified Product Manager, or equivalent certification preferred.
