Purpose and Mission
  • Responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and improving the manufacturing proces.
Key Activities and Responsibilities
  • Monitoring and Adjusting Machine Parameters: Ensuring machines operate within set parameters to maintain product quality.
  • Testing Batch Quality: Regularly testing products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Reporting Equipment Malfunctions: Identifying and reporting any machine faults to supervisors.
  • Maintaining Production Logbooks: Keeping detailed records of production processes and any issues encountered.
  • Ensuring Safety Protocols: Making sure all safety guidelines are followed and addressing any safety hazards.
  • Improving Production Processes: Identifying areas for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs
