This position will play a key role in driving transportation excellence, optimizing service performance, managing transportation costs, and ensuring the reliable delivery of products across our temperature‑controlled supply chain.

Experience and Requirements Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in sales analysis, commercial analytics, category management, or a related field.
  • Deep experience working with syndicated data such as Nielsen and/or Circana (IRI).
  • Strong experience partnering directly with Sales teams and influencing business decisions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical, forecasting, problem‑solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross‑functional teams.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with CRM systems and data visualization tools.
  • Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), food, dairy, or retail industry experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting category management, assortment optimization, promotional analytics, and forecasting initiatives.
  • Experience mentoring analysts or leading analytical projects across multiple stakeholders.

Pay Range: $104,500 - $127,500

This range represents the overall market pay rate for candidates who meet the necessary qualifications and experience requirements for this role. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, education, and performance.
