Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as finance lead for a large multi-location operational portfolio.

• Oversee monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and full P&L performance across sites.

• Manage contract compliance, pricing structures, and margin performance.

• Conduct operational analyses including labor optimization, expense management, and productivity improvement initiatives.

• Partner directly with plant or site leaders to drive cost savings and operational efficiencies.

• Present monthly financial reviews to senior leadership, providing strategic insights and variance explanations.

• Act as liaison between finance, accounting, operations, and commercial teams.

• Develop and mentor site-level finance support resources.

• Ensure strong financial controls across a decentralized footprint.

Qualifications:

• 10–15+ years of progressive finance experience with current or recent experience at the Senior Manager or Director level.

• REQUIRED: Experience supporting a large multi-site operation (manufacturing plants, distribution centers, or similar high-volume environments).

• Demonstrated ownership of a significant revenue portfolio across numerous facilities.

• Strong contract management and operational compliance experience.

• Proven ability to partner with field/site leadership and present to executive teams.

• Advanced Excel and experience with large ERP systems (SAP or similar required).

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a steep learning curve.

• Operational depth and execution focus valued over pedigree or academic background.
