Role Summary

The Senior Digital Product Manager will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the organization's flagship website and digital experience initiatives. Based in Los Angeles, California, this individual will partner closely with executive leadership, technology teams, design, marketing, and customer-facing departments to deliver intuitive, customer-centric solutions. This role requires a strong product leader who can balance business objectives, customer needs, analytics, and technical considerations while driving initiatives from concept through launch.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the company's primary digital platform and website experience.
  • Lead initiatives from discovery and ideation through requirements, user story creation, development, launch, and optimization.
  • Partner with executive stakeholders to define priorities and translate business goals into actionable product plans.
  • Manage and prioritize product backlogs while collaborating closely with Agile delivery teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Work with UX/UI teams to enhance usability, accessibility, and overall customer experience.
  • Leverage customer insights, analytics, testing results, and competitive research to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate across marketing, engineering, QA, content, customer service, compliance, and other business functions to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Monitor digital performance metrics and user behavior to inform product decisions and prioritization.
  • Present recommendations, business cases, and product insights to senior leadership.
  • Oversee product releases and proactively coordinate resolution of production issues and platform enhancements.
