Job description

Senior Digital Product Manager - Shopify & DTC eCommerce
The Digital Stronghold is growing - and we're looking for a Senior Digital Product Manager who knows Shopify inside and out.
The Digital Stronghold is a modern commerce collective behind distinctive, high-performance brands including Taylor Stitch, The Tie Bar, Boston Scally, Pedal Mafia, and Glade. Together, our brands serve loyal communities across menswear, lifestyle, tailoring, and performance apparel.
We're looking for a Senior Digital Product Manager to own and evolve the digital product roadmap across our portfolio of Shopify-powered DTC brands.
This is a hands-on product leadership role for someone who understands that great eCommerce sits at the intersection of brand, customer experience, technology, and commercial performance.
What you'll do
  • Own and prioritize the digital product roadmap across multiple Shopify brand sites.
  • Act as the internal Shopify subject-matter expert, with strong knowledge of Shopify Plus, headless/Hydrogen, Liquid, apps, APIs, and checkout extensibility.
  • Translate business and brand objectives into compelling, measurable digital product initiatives.
  • Partner closely with engineering, UX/UI, marketing, merchandising, analytics, and creative teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Optimize customer journeys, conversion, AOV, engagement, retention, and overall site performance through data, experimentation, and continuous iteration.
  • Lead discovery, requirements, prioritization, testing, and launch across a fast-moving multi-brand environment.
  • Balance premium brand experiences with practical, performance-driven eCommerce decisions.
What we're looking for
Shopify and DTC eCommerce experience is essential.
You'll ideally bring:
  • 5+ years of digital product management experience in DTC eCommerce.
  • Deep, hands-on experience with Shopify, ideally Shopify Plus and/or headless/Hydrogen.
  • Proven experience managing Shopify eCommerce roadmaps, including themes, third-party apps, integrations, and checkout extensibility.
  • A strong understanding of DTC growth levers - acquisition, conversion, retention, LTV, AOV, and repeat purchase.
  • Experience working across technical, creative, commercial, and brand stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical instincts and familiarity with tools such as GA4 and Hotjar.
  • The confidence to work closely with engineers and understand technical architecture and trade-offs. Experience with Liquid, Storefront API, or Hydrogen is a plus.
  • A genuine interest in fashion, lifestyle, retail, and exceptional digital customer experiences.
Important location requirement
This is a U.S.-based role. Candidates must be physically based in the United States and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
The role is primarily remote, with up to 10% travel for brand events, vendor meetings, and on-site collaboration.
If you're a product leader who can move comfortably between Shopify architecture, customer experience, analytics, brand, and commercial strategy, we'd love to hear from you.
Join The Digital Stronghold and help shape the next generation of DTC commerce.
