Overview

Fantastic opportunity for a Sr. Customer Service Representative who works independently with minimal guidance in a fast-paced Order Services environment.Β  You will be part of a dedicated and professional customer service team that continuously strives to provide the highest level of support to both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities
  • Enter Sales Orders for Waters' consumables and spares; prepare Quotations, Return Authorizations and Credits
  • Collaborate with teammates and business partners to ensure adherence to organizational procedures, policies and systems
  • Resolve order processing issues relative to pricing, product availability, inco terms, delivery expectations, etc.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers via email and phone.
Qualifications
  • 5 - 10+ years prior Customer Service experience/Order Management
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills and a professional telephone manner
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley Guidelines and ISO Work Instructions
  • Prior experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is a plus
  • Candidate must be PC literate and familiar with desktop applications such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Prior experience with SAP is a plus.
