Job description

Senior Applications Analyst, Mast Technology Services, Inc., Reynoldsburg, OH. Support and deliver new capabilities within direct and indirect procurement and supply chain processes. Work closely with our businesses and functional groups to accurately diagnose, and resolve identified issues within SAP MM, SD, GTS, and SNC modules. Assist operational leadership teams in implementing strategic improvements to SAP. Apply project management expertise to identify and develop process improvements, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and efficiencies. Provide counsel and leadership to their respective area to maximize efficiency while protecting the integrity of the overall solution. Consult on a variety of existing and emerging technologies and associated services and processes. Demonstrate Subject Matter Expertise in multiple applications or functional areas in supporting functional expertise in multiple business functions. Serve as the overall Functional Lead on multiple projects or large-scale programs. Lead project segments, including cutover planning, performance, or UAT testing. Mentor and train team members in maintenance and operational support activities, including on-call support. Drive identification and resolution of issues leveraging functional expertise and product knowledge. Research or triage new, uncommon, or complex problems spanning multiple systems or applications. Utilize knowledge of application architecture, industry trends or best practices to recommend process or technology changes for the applications in the group's portfolio. Research potential changes, analyze options, and implement selected items. Audit results for efficiency, improved quality, or speed. Support the identification of enhancement opportunities to improve processes and system configuration that supports the customer-focused approach but ensures compliance to the business management goals and objectives. Collaborate with Functional Architects and cross-functional partners to ensure end-to-end process integration and consistency, leveraging the capabilities within SAP. Research and analyze basic and complex issues surrounding business processes and systems. Perform all duties according to company policies and safety rules and regulations. Perform other duties as necessary. Remote Work Available. Telecommuting required - employee may live anywhere in the United States.
Requirements Include: Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field of study, and 7 years of experience, including 5 years of experience with configuration and enhancements within SAP, MM, GTS, SD, and SNC modules; 7 years of experience with Plan-to-Procure, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Inventory Processing; 5 years of hands-on configuration experience working with SAP MM, SD, and FICO; 5 years of integration experience with FI-MM, FI-SD, IDOCs, and EDI; 7 years of experience with at least 3 full cycle implementations in SAP MM and SD; 7 years of experience of business process analysis and redesign experience, including business analysis, process mapping, business process redesign and implementation; and 7 years of experience with systems implementation skills including requirements and process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, and support.
