Job Overview:

Pay Range: $30.22/hr - $35.22/hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 1+ years of experience in administration or related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect contract closure/renewal information & maintain the 'Closed & Install' tracker as well as the 2026 Leadership tracker.
  • Track closed deals, install dates, instrument deployments.
  • Maintain accurate fleet lists for VRAS, VHN, UKA with accurate ISO information.
  • Develop monthly sales leaderboard communications (Winner’s Circle Communications).
  • Aggregate monthly leadership insights report with overview of the US business (State of Monthly Report Out).
  • Maintain UCN traceability crosswalk for capital fleet (VRAS & Hub).
  • Transpose upcoming funnel deals into instrument/capital deployment tracker (managed by supply chain value stream team).
  • Maintain ET Team Events Calendar.
  • Schedule ET trainings & coordinate agenda/speakers with ET team leads.
  • Develop suggestions for work automation/dashboard development from manual tracking activities.
