PHP, web services, SQL, XHTML, Ajax, Oracle, HTML, JavaScript, CSS

LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP) stack is acceptable; OPAL (Oracle, PHP, Apache, and Linux) stack is preferred. 

Strong working knowledge of SQL, Oracle / ANSI SQL Syntax is preferred

Expert level Object Oriented PHP 5.3 development experience

Experienced with SQL and database schema design; Oracle DBMS experience is preferred
