NAVA Software solutions is looking for a SSRS Developer
Details:
SSRS Developer
Location: Remote project
Duration: 6-12 months
What You Will Do:
  • Participate and contribute in the full project life cycle, including gathering requirements, system design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support of applications.
  • Follow standard software development methodologies and SDLC practices to produce high quality applications in an efficient manner.
  • Participate in estimating assigned work effort and be accountable for completion dates
  • Document code and support release management as needed
  • Reverse engineering of existing code and perform impact analysis of the changes done with regard to earlier written documentation

Skills and Experience You Will Need:
  • 5+ years in software engineering/development roles primarily in ETL, SSIS, SSRS, Microsoft SQL Server tools
  • Experience in building extraction and transformation (ETL) of transactional data to drive data warehouse loads and end user BI as well as reporting requirements using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
  • Experience in analytics and reporting using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
  • Strong knowledge of SQL required
  • Experience in complex SQL development leveraging analytics functions
  • Experience in internal and external stakeholder communications and outreach, including the development of presentations and other materials.
  • Solid understanding with all the aspects of project life cycles with experience in release management
  • Experience with code documentation
  • Process and detail oriented with advanced analytical skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills and ability to creatively troubleshoot production issues
