Senior Data Analyst
Location: Hebron, KY (Onsite)

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to design and maintain scalable data solutions that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role focuses on advanced SQL development and SAP data modeling, transforming ERP data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL processes to extract and transform data from SAP and enterprise systems

  • Utilize SAP BAPIs, RFCs, and other integration methods to access ERP data

  • Design and maintain data models and data warehouse structures for reporting and analytics

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions

  • Support business intelligence and reporting tools, including Power BI

  • Ensure data quality, performance, and governance compliance

  • Document ETL processes, data models, and analytics solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Data Analytics, Business, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, SQL development, or data engineering

  • Advanced SQL skills (complex queries, performance tuning, stored procedures)

  • Experience building ETL pipelines and data models

  • Experience supporting business intelligence or data warehouse environments

Preferred

  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle
