- Lead a team of application developers to support several client projects
- Provide technical leadership and oversight for application development initiatives
- Participate in client meetings and communications
- Help maintain and modernize legacy applications
- Contribute to frontend and backend development efforts for new applications and features
- Track down bugs and implement fixes for existing applications
- Perform code reviews to ensure alignment with team standards and best practices
- Deploy solutions to the cloud and client servers
- Implement build and release pipelines
- Participate in the technical planning & requirements gathering phases
Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Proven experience developing modern full-stack web applications with various technologies
- Strong communication skills and technical aptitude
- Experience Node.js + Express and .NET
- Experience building user interfaces with React
- Strong understanding of relational databases - experience with SQL server and PostgreSQL
- Experience with ORMs, including Entity Framework and Drizzle
- Experience developing applications in the Azure Cloud environment
- Ability to translate requirements into high quality, reliable solutions
- Ability to maintain and update legacy applications to meet current development standards and improve user experience
- Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is a plus
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
