Role Overview

We’re looking for a Legal / Contract Manager / Business Analyst with strong experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Investment Management / Financial Services.
 Key Requirements:
• 6–8+ years strong experience in Contract Management with Financial Services / Investment Management background .
• Strong CLM / Legal Contracting experience
• Experience with iCertis, DocuSign CLM, Luminance, or similar platforms
• Understanding of contract creation, negotiation, approvals, execution, renewals & termination
• Investment / Asset Management domain experience
• Experience with APIs, integrations, data mapping & system architecture
• Intermediate PL/SQL and/or Python
• Strong Agile / SDLC, UAT & business requirements experience
• Experience working with Legal, Compliance, Risk & Operations teams
• GenAI / AI-enabled devel
opment experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Investment Management teams to gather and define business requirements.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, developers, QA, and technology teams to deliver business solutions.
  • Develop and maintain detailed business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and documentation.
  • Support the full Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) process, including:
    • Contract creation
    • Negotiation
    • Approval workflows
    • Execution
    • Renewals
    • Termination
  • Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
  • Support UAT planning, test execution, defect resolution, and production implementation.
  • Collaborate with QA teams on test plans, test cases, regression testing, and performance testing.
  • Analyze data and develop validation checks and reports to ensure accurate business processing.
  • Support system configuration, data mapping, APIs, integrations, and system architecture discussions.
  • Create and maintain training materials and business documentation.
  • Follow established SDLC and Agile methodologies throughout project delivery.
  • Provide application and production support as required.
  • Identify creative technology solutions to meet business needs.
  • Leverage Generative AI and AI-enabled software development practices where applicable.
