Job description

High Level Project details:
We are helping support the client taking over Quickbase from another business unit. This project will be focused on optimizing workflows, data management, and IAM for the Quickbase application.
Must Have Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience developing applications using QuickBase platform
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members across various departments
- Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Understanding of database concepts and relational data design
- Experience with QuickBase formulas, pipelines, and automation features
- Experience working with MySQL databases for data management tasks (preferred)
- Basic understanding of API concepts and web services
- Familiarity with business process analysis and improvement methodologies
Nice to Have Skills:
- Basic knowledge of VBA
Education/Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field
Day to day responsibilities:
- Designing and creating new applications and features based on business requirements
- Supporting quickbase application development, to include Quickbase 'pipelines' management and jinja coding
- Developing custom forms, reports, and dashboards to meet user needs
- Providing support by debugging issues, answering questions about system functionality, and completing enhancement requests
- Creating automated workflows and business process improvements
- Data modeling and relationship configuration between applications
- Translation of business requirements and process documentation into technical requirements, solution design, and reporting design
- Application testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing support
- Basic API integration and data import/export functionality
- Create and maintain effective application documentation and user support materials
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance
- Performance monitoring and optimization of existing applications
